SERVICING & MAINTENANCE
Here at The Coffee Lobby we recommend having a commercial coffee machine serviced and inspected annually, this can vary depending on manufacturer but as a rule a 12 monthly service is paramount to avoid major issues building inside your machine. A fully maintained and serviced coffee machine means that you remain productive and by virtue guarantee that your customers receive a first class coffee brewing experience time and time again.
During a service we carry out the following replacements and checks:-
Group Seals and Shower Screens are replaced.
Steam and Water Valves are serviced.
Safety Valve removed and operated (not a PSSR).
Lever Probe removed and inspected.
Anti-Vacuum Breaker replaced.
Hot Water Sieve and Spout replaced if required.
Full Function Test carried out and doses set to Coffee Recipe.

PSSR 2000 BOILER INSPECTIONS
Over the last decade The Coffee Lobby have been working alongside insurance providers by preparing our customers traditional espresso coffee machines to pass onsite inspections, with this experience we know the standards your insurer will expect to provide a pass and more importantly what they will fail.
The Coffee Lobby can provide a Written Scheme of Examination alongside a pressure test certificate to ensure compliance with Pressure Safety Systems Regulation 2000 using CoffeeSafe. We recommend having a Written Scheme of Examination carried out during your annual service, as we strongly believe in the importance of this inspection, as such we have a package deal which incorporates a PSSR at a minimal cost to promote safety first on our customers machinery.

WORKSHOP DESCALING & RESTORATION
The Coffee Lobby’s service centre in Wiltshire is fully equipped to descale and restore a range of beautiful, traditional espresso coffee machines. We have developed a system and procedure that allows us to strip these machines down, replace perishable components and gaskets before rebuilding them after we have descaled the boiler and polished the chrome.
The functionality of the machine will be back to its former glory and with any cosmetic damage repaired or replaced we are confident we can return your coffee machine to a condition as close to new as possible, the areas we cover extend from the South West and South East regions of the UK including, Bath, Bristol, Devon, Wiltshire, Wales and London.
