When it comes to home prosumer coffee machines The Coffee Lobby only repair and service machinery where we have full access to technical support, parts and spares. If your machine is appliance grade or protected by the manufacturers own service company we are unable to promise a repair, therefore we would not be able to officially offer a repair on these machines. These wonderful home coffee machines will last a very long time if they are correctly cared for by yourself and this is what sets them apart from appliance grade home machines with non-commercial components. But even with your best efforts in home maintenance and water care eventually you will need to seek a professional service. After all the beauty of these handmade machines is they are mostly mechanical and that means the components can be serviced rather than replaced.
At The Coffee Lobby we feel it is much better for your coffee machine to come to us for a service or repair, we can arrange home visits but where possible we want to avoid turning your kitchen into our personal workshop and we are limited as to what we can achieve without the tools and machinery within our service centre.

THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

We know how precious your home espresso machines are, so in order to reduce the risk of damage we offer a safe collection service by our own team.

During the White Glove Service our technicians will fully service and descale your equipment, replacing all perishable parts as per the manufacturers recommendations.

Once we have bench tested your coffee machine we will carry out final checks prior to safely returning your machine in optimal working condition.
COLLECTION SERVICE
The Coffee Lobby offer a ‘White Glove Collection Service’ for your prosumer coffee machine, this is designed to reduce the overall cost to you by having one of our own technicians safely collect your equipment from your home. Once safely in our workshop we will expertly service or repair your espresso machine and once we are happy it is in the best possible condition. We will arrange for one of our technicians to safely return your coffee machine to your home.
