We recommend that every commercial coffee machine receives a thorough service and inspection at least once a year. While exact intervals can vary by manufacturer, a 12-month schedule is crucial for preventing internal wear and avoiding significant downtime, ensuring your customers consistently enjoy a first-class coffee experience.
During a service, we carry out the following replacements and checks:
Replacement of group seals and shower screens.
Servicing of steam and water valves.
Removal and operation of the safety valve (non-PSSR).
Removal and inspection of the lever probe.

Maintaining traditional espresso machines requires strict adherence to safety standards. We provide the expertise necessary to ensure your equipment meets the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, helping you avoid the common technical failures that can lead to equipment downtime or safety risks.
Using CoffeeSafe, we supply a Written Scheme of Examination and a pressure-test certificate to demonstrate full legal compliance. We recommend a Written Scheme of Examination as part of your annual service and offer a bundled PSSR package at a minimal cost to ensure your equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

Following a proven procedure and using a specialised system, we meticulously dismantle each machine to replace perishable components and gaskets.
